Mar 27, 2011

CLASP develops and advocates for federal, state, and local policies to strengthen families and create pathways to education and work.  It directly assists governments and advocates to put in place successful strategies the deliver results.  Patrick McCarthy, President of the Annie E. Casey Foundation, said, "CLASP is one of the few organizations that speaks to state-level administrators, federal policy makers, advocates, and communities, providing carefully evaluated, thoughtful information that a variety of audiences can put to use for low-income families."
