The Weadership Framework: An Introduction

What does the future of workforce leadership look like? How is leadership changing? What skills and competencies do workforce leaders need?

These are among the many questions we set out to answer during the course of the Enhancing Workforce Leadership project. Conversations with 519 workforce leaders (and interactions with thousands more) informed the what we call The Weadership Framework, in which we identify six practices workforce leaders are using to succeed in an economy and policy environment that grow more complex every day. This document serves as an introduction to the framework.
